One of our major product ranges is our selection of labjacks. These are manufactured to very fine tolerances from aluminium and stainless steel. The nature of the design makes the labjack extremely stable and very robust. The labjacks are generally anodised blue, but can now be anodised in a variety of colours. These are illustrated on our New Product page along with details of the sizes available.

We produce a wide range of clamps in a variety of styles and finishes. The smaller types will hold articles up to 90mm with the larger industrial clamps being capable of holding larger items.

Many different types of burners are available for use with natural, lpg and coal gas. The burner range includes Bunsen Teclu, Meker and Micro burners together with a range of blowlamps. All burners are 100% tested for flame quality and leakage prior to packing.

A large range of bossheads are manufactured varying from the basic diecast alloy through to bossheads constructed entirely out of stainless steel. Most bossheads will accept rods upto 16mm diameter, with a number able to accept larger diameters.

Various types of rods and bases are produced, the main sizes of rods varying from 500-1000mm long with an M10 thread. These are manufactured from mild steel, zinc plated steel, aluminium and stainless steel. Other sizes can be produced on request. Five sizes of rectangular base are produced in mild steel with different finishes, these being blue acrylic, white acrylic or vitreous enamel. We also manufacture spread bases, "A" shape bases and "H" shape bases. A number of tripods are also manufactured in zinc plated or stainless steel, along with a comprehensive range of retort rings.

(In all cases available for natural, coal and LP gases). Can now be supplied with a flame failure device that shuts off the gas supply to the burner within 20 seconds of the flame being extinguished. The safety features are all contained within the burner - an electrical supply from either mains or battery is therefore not required. The moving parts i.e. the actuator and thermocouple can be replaced, although exhaustive tests have not yet caused a failure. However, in the event of damage, we recommend that repairs are carried out in our factory to ensure that the burner is properly adjusted and operates correctly.
