Index Blank Intro New Profile Range Sub Lab Subcon Pro
A large range of bossheads are cnc milling, bunsen burners manufactured varying from the basic diecast alloy through to bossheads constructed entirely out of stainless steel. Most bossheads will accept rods upto 16mm diameter, with a number able to accept larger repetition turned parts, cnc turning diameters.
We produce a wide range of clamps in laboratory metalware a variety of styles and finishes. The smaller types will hold articles up to 90mm with the larger industrial clamps being capable of holding larger items.
One of our major product ranges is our selection of labjacks. These are manufactured to very fine tolerances from aluminium and stainless precision engineering steel. The laboratory metalware nature of the design makes the labjack extremely retort stands stable and very robust. The labjacks are generally anodised blue, but can now be anodised in a variety of colours. These are illustrated laboratory equipment on our New Product page along with details of the cnc milling, bunsen burners sizes available.
Many different repetition turned parts, cnc turning
types of burners are available for use with natural, lpg and coal gas. The burner
range includes Bunsen Teclu, Meker and Micro burners together with a range of
blowlamps. All burners are 100% tested for flame quality and leakage precision
engineering prioir to packing. In 1992 laboratory metalware we introduced
a 4 cnc milling, bunsen burners year programme of re-equipment. This
laboratory equipment led to the installation of state of the art CNC
machinery (see below). In the same year we achieved accreditation to ISO 9002.
The introduction of new plant and manufacturing retort stands systems
has led to the versatility of our engineering capabilities and our expertise
being considerably repetition turned parts, cnc turning enhanced. It
has also led us into the area of sub-contract engineering where our appreciation
of deadlines, quality and service makes us a force to be reckoned with. Our
Sub-Contract Division would be laboratory metalware pleased to quote
against retort stands any projects you may have and looks forward to
hearing from you.
In recent years laboratory metalware significant
new technology has been introduced replacing old machinery with state of the
art CNC turning and precision engineering machining centres thereby streamlining
manufacturing processes and controlling costs. As probably Europe`s leading
manufacturer of laboratory and cnc milling, bunsen burners educational
metalware, our aim is to provide an excellence of service, competitively and
on time. In 1992 we achieved accreditation to ISO 9002 - backed laboratory
equipment by this and with the extensive use of the latest repetition
turned parts, cnc turning computer technology all orders and retort stands
production are monitored from laboratory metalware conception to completion.
R & L`s policy for continuing its investment in both people and capital
equipment will enable us to serve you, our customers, efficiently whilst being
precision engineering able to continue to develop and improve our range
of products. R & L Enterprises Ltd is a privately owned company established
in 1942 and operated by the present ownership since 1964. The retort stands
existing facility covers 2000 square metres with a further 2000 sq m available
for cnc milling, bunsen burners expansion. All processes of machining,
laboratory equipment milling, cropping, fabrication and painting are
carried out in house with only metal spinning, coating and electro plating treatments
laboratory metalware being sub-contracted.
