  • 3 - PRONG CLAMP

    Diecast aluminium alloy, actuated by nickel plated brass pummels and blue plastic headed nickel plated steel twin screw pivoting on a stainless steel pin. Jaws covered in chemical resistant plastic or rubber covered for use with articles up to 90 mm diameter. This clamp is designed to hold articles within the jaws. It is not recommended to hold articles by the points.

  • 3 prong Utility Clamp - F1029

    As number 1020 but fitted with a screwed shaft and nickel-plated bosshead which can be screwed up and down shaft 35 mm and locked in any position with a wing nut. The bosshead accepts rods up to 13 mm, which are secured with a stainless steel thumb screw.

  • Retort Clamp - FZ0104

    Diecast in alloy and fitted with an aluminium shaft. The clamp accepts articles up to 85 mm diameter. Actuated by nickel-plated brass pummels and blue plastic headed nickel-plated steel twin screw. The four interlocking jaws are cork lined.

  • Chain Clamp - F9100

    Rubber covered chain with cork lined jaws will support articles from 0 to 150 mm diameter. Jaws are tightened by use of a plastic headed screw. The shaft and tensioner parts are nickel-plated. The shaft diameter is 10 mm.

  • 5.3" - Prong Clamp

    Constructed in alloy and stainless steel and accepts articles up to125 mm diameter. The moving jaw is pivoted for accurate alignment and is actuated by nickel-plated brass pummels and twin screw. The jaws are fitted with rubber sleeves.

  • Beaker Clamp

    Constructed in alloy and stainless steel with four rubber covered jaws in opposing pairs. One set of jaws is fixed and the other pivoted for accurate alignment. All pivots in stainless steel. Actuated by nickel-plated pummels and twin screw the clamp accepts articles up to 175 mm diameter. For use with beakers up to 5 litres.

  • Reaction Vessel Clamp - F2124

    Constructed in alloy and zinc plated steel with jaws formed on a radius that fits firmly on to the neck of the Quickfit reaction vessel. Actuated by nickel-plated pummels and twin screw and fitted with stainless steel pivot pins, the jaws are heat resistant covered. Each clamp is provided with two extension rods, one for vessels up to 5 litres and the other up to 20 litres. The extension rods are secured to the body of the clamp with a socket screw, for which an allen key is provided.

  • Bossheads

    Cast alloy with blue plastic headed nickel plated steel screws are standard.. For use with rods up to 16 mm diameter.

  • Bosshead - FZ0204

    Cast alloy with blue plastic headed nickel plated steel screws. For use with rods up to 16 mm diameter.

  • Stirrer Bosshead - F2009

    Constructed in anodised aluminium with stainless steel socket screws. Designed to fit 18 mm diameter vertical rod and 13 mm horizontal support rod. Supplied with alien key and adapters to convert 18 mm hole to accept 13 mm rod and the 13 mm hole to accept a 9.5 mm rod.

  • GENERAL NOTES

    Clamps and bossheads fitted with plastic headed screws are not suitable for use in sub-zero, radioactive or carbon dioxide environments.

    The alloy clamps and bossheads are constructed in precision diecast zinc based alloy. The melting point of this material is 400'C but the material will soften at 250'C. The maximum recommended safe working temperature for this material is 180'C.

    The aluminium clamps and bossheads are constructed in a precision diecast aluminium based alloy. This material will soften at temperatures in excess of 580'C. The maximum recommended safe working temperature for this material is 425'C.
